UX Research
Conduct user interviews to create user personas and identify feature problems. Perform user testing to evaluate solutions' effectiveness and iteratively improve design.
UX Architecture
Lead feature requirements based on product vision and scope. Prioritize information architecture to align with future product vision. Develop user flows, sketches, and written requirements for finalized designs.
UX Design
Create low to high fidelity mockups using UX best practices. Build robust prototypes for user testing, leveraging internal design systems and managing symbol libraries. Design and implement new components.

Ecomdash Web Design
One of my biggest roles at Ecomdash was designing, building, and managing the marketing website. I completed the initial redesign, created wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Adobe XD, built the site in WordPress using a theme while also implementing custom HTML & CSS, managed plugin and system maintenance, content and design changes, AB testing, speed testing and optimization, and more.
Ecommerce App Concept
As a self-taught UX Designer, I poured into various Udemy courses, including “User Experience Design Essentials - Adobe XD UI UX Design,” by my favorite online instructor, Daniel Walter Scott. I created this Ecommerce App Concept to explore what I was learning about the UX design process, design systems, wireframing, and prototyping.
Sticky Fingers Web Design
I have engaged in freelance design work on and off throughout my career. One of my biggest projects was redesigning a new website for Sticky Fingers Ribhouse, with the core focus of streamlining the online ordering and catering request processes, maximizing SEO opportunities, and generally making the site more user-friendly.
